Michael's cooking
OK, OK, so I've started cooking. It was fun. I made enchiladas tapatias, out of the Frida Kahlo cookbook. It's a collection of recipes that the artist cooked for her family as documented by her stepdaughter Guadalupe Rivera. It wasn't tough, it was kind of fun, the hardest part was the ancho chile sauce. Luckily we have a couple Mexican grocery stores in town.

I bought the book for Edie, since she likes to cook more than I do, but I thought if she didn't like it, I could try out the recipes myself. Next I might go for red mole or black bean soup, we'll see.
