Frustrated
Uuugghh, I've probably said this before, but I am soooo ready to be done with my schooling. I'm in my final quarter of classes, and they're just phoning it in, I mean the classes are meaningless now. Two of them are going over stuff we already did 2 quarters ago; the assignments they want us to do is stuff we've already done. Jason and I were sitting in class, for hours on end, just frustrated with our teacher who was telling anecdotes and engaging us in "networking"/"getting to know each other" exercises; I wanted to tell her, "Lady, we've all gone to class together for over a year now, we know everything about each other already." I mean, we're paying a lot of money for this, and so much of it is poorly planned and laid out. It's especially disheartening when one of the profs tells us that the real education "is in the classroom." Well, great, let's do that, then.
Some of my profs were great, but it seems that out of a year and a half, I'll get 2 1/2 good and useful classes. Whatever, give me the credential and let me get on with my career. At least it's the highest teaching credential I can get in the country.
